Dr Veronica Moshokgo is a Medical Doctor with close to fours experience in primary health care. She attained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from University of the West Indies, St Augustine in Trinidad and Tobago. Her role is focused mainly on providing a broad range of outpatient services including health education, screening, disease prevention, resuscitation and stabilization as well as effectively diagnosing and managing acute/chronic diseases to improve outcomes and quality of life. Dr Moshokgo is very passionate about universal health coverage. It was this strong sense of commitment to equity and social justice that influenced her to pursue Post-Graduate Diploma in HIV/AIDS Management from University of Stellenbosch to better assist people living with HIV. She is also Co-founder and Vice-Chairperson of a charity Organization called Bound by Love which provides mentorship and academic essentials to underprivileged students. Moreover, she is a Mandela Washington Fellow, 2017.
